Seniors First

Seniors First provides Senior Nutrition and is dedicated providing a hot, healthy lunch five days a week to seniors age 60 by offering two different meal options for older adults:

Senior Café

Locations throughout Placer County including Auburn, Lincoln, Rocklin and Roseville. Senior Cafés are lively gathering places that help maintain clients’ sense of community and connectedness. The Rocklin Café is located in an easily accessible location at the Rolling Oaks Apartments and is available three days a week.

We offer different activities for seniors. These activities help seniors to stay active and connected with their community. Some activities include fitness classes, drivers safety classes, Clogging, Zumba Gold, Hula and more. Read on to find out about all of our available activities.
