The Rocklin Firefighters’ Association and Rocklin Firefighters Local 522 sponsors an annual Children's Easter Egg Hunt and Santa’s Christmas Tour of Rocklin. Additionally, they host an annual Open House and Firefighters Pancake Breakfast and a Toys for Tots holiday toy drive.

Kick off National Fire Prevention Week with Rocklin Fire! This year’s theme is “Charge into Fire Safety” with a focus on battery safety. Stop by for a free open house to tour the fire station, check out the fire trucks up close, and learn important safety tips from our firefighters. Fun and educational for the whole family!

Summer Civic Career Program

Summer Civic Career Program

The City of Rocklin has joined with the Rocklin Educational Excellence Foundation (REEF) and the Rocklin Unified School District to offer the Summer Civic Career Program (SCCP) which shares the many local government career opportunities with students. This program introduces high school students to some of the behind-the-scenes roles that help the city function and highlights some of the more visible roles, like firefighter, police officer, and building inspector.
