*Government Code Section 87200 identifies city elected officials (Mayor, City Attorney, Councilmembers), planning commissioners, Chief Operating Officer, and City Treasurer as statutory filers who are required to file Statements of Economic Interests. Agency Report of Ceremonial Role Events and Ticket/Pass Distributions (Form 802)
Form 802 is used by local government agencies to disclose detailed information about the distribution of tickets and passes, including the identity of persons who receive the tickets and passes and the public purpose of each ticket distribution. The Form 802 is also used to disclose information about ceremonial role events. In 2016, the City Council adopted a Tickets and Passes Distribution Policy. The policy and filed forms are required to be posted on the City’s website for public inspection.

Agency Report of Public Official Appointments (Form 806)
The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) requires each agency to post Form 806 which reports additional compensation that officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on committees, boards or commissions of an intergovernmental public agency, special district, and joint power agency/authorities. Each agency must post Form 806 listing all paid appointed positions including the date appointed, length of term and stipend amount received. When there is a change in compensation or a new appointment, Form 806 will be updated.
