Available City Building Services During COVID-19 Shelter in Place
We have revised the days for permit drop off and pick up to the following:
- Mondays & Tuesdays from 8:30am to 10:30am (appointment only)
- New building permit submittals & permit pick up (Check/Credit Card payment required)
- Plan resubmittal and field revision drop off
- Mondays & Tuesdays from 8:30am to 10:30am (appointment only)
- Building permit pick up (check/credit card payment required)

A self-certification process has been implemented for builders and contractors allowing construction to continue. The process allows for licensed contractors, engineers of record and architects to conduct their own inspections and provide verification letters and other documentation to the City as they progress with construction.
