What is pump track racing?
A pump track is a purpose-built asphalt course of rolling hills and banked turns. Riders use the features of the track to generate speed and momentum without pedaling, making it one of the most exciting and spectator-friendly formats in competitive cycling today. Racing begins with an open session where every rider sets their best lap time, followed by intense knockout head-to-head heats until a champion is crowned.
