Provides: Construction, acquisition, and widening of portions of Lone Tree, Blue Oaks, and West Oaks Boulevards as well as the installation of traffic control lights. 

The installation of water and sewer improvements along Lone Tree, Blue Oaks, and West Oaks Boulevard was also funded by the district. 

These improvements have been completed.
