The City is soliciting input on the 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) which contains information on performance and program accomplishments during 2024-2025 CDBG program year. The report provides information regarding the City’s expenditure of federal CDBG funds, specifically addressing progress made by the City towards completion of public service activities and accessibility projects.

PUBLIC HEARING ON 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The City Council of the City of Rocklin will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Rocklin City Hall located at 3970 Rocklin Road, 95677 beginning at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 to consider the 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).

The 2024 CAPER will be available starting July 26, 2025.  Comments must be received by 4:00 pm on August 14, 2025. The CAPER is available during normal business hours at City Hall, the Rocklin Public Library, and on the City’s website www.rocklin.ca.us/community-development-block-grant
