Rocklin Shows Up for National Night Out

News

Neighborhood Watch groups across the City of Rocklin held gatherings to celebrate National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 2.

The block parties were visited by City of Rocklin employees and volunteers, including City Council, the city manager, the police and fire chiefs, and many more.

Everyone took the opportunity to get to know each other on a more personal level while kids climbed in and over police and fire vehicles to get a closer look.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes public safety-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

The City thanks all the neighborhood associations, watch groups, home owners’ associations, residents and volunteers for their hospitality and for their continued involvement in building the Rocklin community.
