March 16 Coronavirus Update
Rocklin Parks and Recreation Programs Canceled Through March 31
The City of Rocklin’s highest priority is to ensure the safety and health of our community. To help contain the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), the City is cancelling parks and recreation programs through March 31.
This includes:
- Group classes for seniors
- Youth sports programs
- Community activity courses
- Field rentals
- Venue rentals with expected attendance of 50 or greater (Cancellation of rentals with expected attendance under 50 can be done on a voluntary basis, with full refunds provided)
Staff is contacting individuals and organizations with reservations and will refund rental fees for cancelled events.
General City of Rocklin services are operating at full capacity and leadership will continue to monitor public health recommendations, evaluate procedures and make changes accordingly.
