The Rocklin Police Department is updating its Rotation Tow Service Agreement. Open enrollment for participation will begin on May 1, 2025, and close on June 30, 2025.

How to Apply

1. Review the attached Tow Service Agreement and Tow Service Standards.
2. Complete the required forms.
3. Include a copy of your current insurance coverage and a valid CHP Tow Service Agreement for 2025-2026.
4. Submit your original documents by mail or in person to:
