Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) – Program Year 2026 Standard Funds
The City of Rocklin receives funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the form of Community Development (CDBG) each year. The funds are used, in part, to assist residents with securing decent housing, benefit the elderly, and expand economic opportunities for those of low and moderate incomes.
The City of Rocklin anticipates receiving an estimated allocation of $295,000 in Standard Community Development Block Grant Funds for the 2025 Program Year (PY) and is seeking proposals to use the funds for eligible activities.
An informational workshop will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, November 5 at 4:00 p.m. Attendance is not required to submit a proposal, but applicants are highly encouraged to attend due to changes in scoring and funding this year. Zoom info is below:
