The City of Rocklin Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of community classes and programs, such as Active Adults activities, Itty Bitty Club, Guitar Lessons, French Class and Sports Programs.

Extend your child’s learning beyond the school day! EDMO360 is partnering with The City of Rocklin, to bring students STEAM enrichments programs have a camp-like feel, inspire a love of learning and build 21st Century Life Skills. Students will participate in a variety of hands on projects taught by high energy, trained instructors.

Children’s Virtues Workshop
Developing Character with Fun Activities

Virtues Class

Through fun and games, the virtues class will offer an opportunity for children 9-12 yrs. old to deepen and recognize the qualities inherent in themselves and discover the universal gifts of character that lie within. Virtues such as integrity, joyfulness, respect, tactfulness, and compassion will be explored, defined and practiced in a fun, creative and organized atmosphere, which will help them to live their best lives ever. Please come with a Can-Do attitude and ready to have fun. Course work is based on “The Virtues Project”

-Registration before March 1st is $55 (second registered child, at same time is $50.

Registration after March 2nd is $60.

*10 weekly classes, Thursdays 4:00pm-5:30pm, starting in March 2017, with some holidays observed.

Guitar Classes

Are you new to the guitar but don’t know how to get started? Have you reached a plateau and don’t know how to reach the next level in your playing? Then this is your opportunity to learn the guitar in a fun, relaxed, and supportive atmosphere with an instructor committed to your success.  Get instruction on how to write and create original music and so much more!

French Classes

Lessons will be delivered entirely in French, using the latest foreign languages teaching methodologies. Students will learn about the francophone culture and various celebrations throughout the year. Number of students limited to 12 per class to ensure a productive learning environment. An assistant will help the teacher if the number of children exceeds 8.
