Note: Checks and Credit Cards are preferred over cash.
A self-certification process has been implemented for builders and contractors allowing construction to continue. The process allows for licensed contractors, engineers of record and architects to conduct their own inspections and provide verification letters and other documentation to the City as they progress with construction. The City’s self-certification policy has changed. Now allowed through the self-certification policy are:
- HVAC Change outs
- Window Replacements (like for like)
- Hot water replacements
- Whole house fans
- Small alterations, which include no structural changes or fire sprinkler adjustments may utilize the self-certification policy with City approval.
