Rocklin Veterans Day Ceremony


Veterans Day Ceremony in Rocklin 2017

The Rocklin American Legion Post 620 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 904 will honor veterans with an event Saturday, Nov. 11 at the Rocklin Cemetery.

The Rocklin American Legion Post 620 is celebrating 60 years of service, and will be joined by the Whitney High School Junior ROTC Color Guard for the Posting of the Colors and the Parker Whitney Elementary School chorus for the singing of the National Anthem. Boy Scout Troupe 29 will also place flags and crosses on graves at the cemetery.

The master of ceremonies will be Lou Skulis, commander of the American Legion Post 620. The public is encouraged to attend.

When: Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 at 11 a.m.

Where: Rocklin Cemetery, 4090 Kannasto St. (off Grove St.)
