Notice to Bidders
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Rocklin, California, will receive bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services for the Granite Drive/Sierra Meadows Storm Drain Improvement Project located in the City of Rocklin, Placer County, California.
The City shall conduct a mandatory pre-bid conference on Monday, February 8, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Rocklin Corporation Yard, located at 4081 Alvis Court, Rocklin, California 95677.
Sealed bid proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided by the City on or before Thursday, February 18, 2016, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. at the Office of the City Clerk, Rocklin City Hall, 3970 Rocklin Road, Rocklin, California.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No formal bids will be accepted via FAX.
The contractor shall possess a Class A, General Engineering Contractor license at the time the contract is awarded.
All contractors and sub-contractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) in accordance with Senate Bill 854. The registration form is located on the DIR’s website.
Bid specifications may be obtained from the City of Rocklin Corporation Yard located at 4081 Alvis Court, Rocklin, California 95677, (916) 625-5500. A $40.00 non-refundable fee is required.
