The City of Rocklin is currently in the process of upgrading our technology systems with the goal of offering e-payment for select City services. E-payment will allow City departments to accept payments from a credit/debit card (with a MasterCard or VISA logo). Implementation began initially in the Community Services & Facilities Department (CS&F). Over time, e-payments will be deployed in additional programs throughout the City of Rocklin.
E-Payment in CS&F
E-payment is available over-the-counter and online using RecDirect for the following CS&F programs:
- Sports
- Teens
- Aquatics
- Active Adults
- Visual & Performing Arts
- Kids Junction & Preschool
E-payments for facility rentals are also available over-the-counter.
E-Payment in Finance
E-payment is available over-the-counter in the Finance Division for business licenses. We are projecting to offer business license renewal e-payments online in the fourth quarter of 2009.
E-Payment in the Police Department
E-payment is available over-the-counter in the Police Department.
Additional City Services
The City will continue the process of offering e-payments City-wide to include Community Development (development and building permits) and other departments. The timeline for e-payment for other City services will be determined following the implementation of each program.
Please check back for more information about e-payments. If you plan on making a payment for City services and are unsure if you will be able to use a credit/debit card, it is highly recommended that you call the department in advance and ask them if e-payment is available for the City service. You can find contact numbers for all City departments in the City Directory. Thank you for your patience and support while we transition our technology systems to better serve you.
