Parks & Recreation Director Veronica Tracy
The City of Rocklin has announced an important selection of Veronica Tracy as its next Parks & Recreation Director, effective April 8. This selection fills a post that has been vacant since September 2023.
Run Rocklin Course Routes
Updated course routes have been completed for the upcoming Run Rocklin race on Sunday, April 14. These routes have been designed to keep runners safe and avoid heavy traffic and construction zones.

City Council approved a proclamation recognizing April 14-20, 2024 as National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, honoring Safety Dispatcher’s dedication to keeping law enforcement and citizens safe.
Mayor Janda delivered the proclamation and signed it into effect.

Spring Medication Take-Back Day
Multiple agencies taking back unwanted prescription drugs
On Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Rocklin Police Department and multiple agencies across western Placer County will help the public prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted medications.
