Rocklin is a member of the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization (SACTO). This organization is the leading facilitator of economic development in the Sacramento metropolitan region.

Affiliated with SACTO is the Center for Strategic Economic Research (CSER), formerly known as the Sacramento Regional Real Estate Institute (SRRI). CSER publishes the Prosperity Index and Quarterly Economic Reports which measure the Sacramento Region’s competitive position.
